AeroSolar Australia provides solar energy consultation, system design, savings analysis, and solar panel installation services to homeowners across Australia. Our free savings analysis is an estimate based on information you provide and publicly available solar data — it is not a guarantee of savings.
Our solar installation services are available only to property owners. By submitting a request for analysis or installation, you confirm that you are the owner of the property in question, or have written authority from the property owner to request these services.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Savings projections provided in our analysis are estimates based on your reported energy usage, local solar irradiance data, current energy prices, and available government incentives. Actual savings will vary based on changes to energy prices, feed-in tariffs, your energy consumption patterns, system performance, and other factors. Estimates do not constitute a guarantee of savings.
Installation services are subject to a separate installation agreement. All installations are performed by CEC-accredited installers. Warranties on equipment are provided by manufacturers. Workmanship warranties are provided as specified in your installation agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AeroSolar Australia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the service giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
